Both the Hotel Packages and the Discover Thailand Packages include a Full Madness Pass (Festival access for all 3 days). Comfort (VIP) options are also available, offering an elevated experience with exclusive perks. Hotel Packages & Discover Thailand will go on sale on February 28, 2026 at 16:00 GMT+7 / 10:00 CET. To participate in the sale, please ensure you have completed your Pre‑Registration in advance. Yes. Pre‑Registration is required in order to access the Hotel Packages Sale. Only those who have successfully Pre‑Registered will be able to participate when sales open. The links to the ticket shop will be shared in your Tomorrowland Account on the day of the Sale. Each person can purchase up to 8 tickets in total, accumulated across all ticket sales moments for both Passes and Packages sales. If you buy more than the maximum allowed tickets, Tomorrowland reserves the right to cancel your order. For Hotel Packages & Discover Thailand, the accepted Payment Methods during the Hotel Packages Sale are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay and WeChat Pay. Debit cards will not be accepted. Please ensure that the spending limit of your credit card is sufficient and that international payments are enabled. If not, please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed, and tickets will automatically be offered to the next person in line. Packages are now visible under the “Tickets” tab in Tomorrowland Accounts. The Main Buyer should receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail. Please be sure to check the spam folder. Packages are refundable in accordance with the following cancellation conditions: Cancellation, until and including March 31, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 80% of the total package price will be refunded Cancellation until and including April 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 50% of the total package price will be refunded Cancellation until and including June 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 30% of the total package price will be refunded Cancellation after June 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: no refund will be provided In the event of cancellation, the insurance premium, if applicable, and the booking fees are always charged in addition to the cancellation fees, unless these fees cover the full price of the trip. Extras purchased during the add on sale must be paid immediately and are never refundable (cancellation fee = 100%). Make sure to check your package very carefully. Changes of certain elements of your package such as Accommodation and/or type of Tomorrowland Pass will not be possible after reservation and booking. The cancellation request can be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must include full name and e-mail address of the Main Buyer, date of purchase and order number. The Exchange Desk is not available for Hotel Packages and Discover Thailand Packages. Packages may only be refunded in accordance with the cancellation conditions stated in the Official Terms & Conditions.
